They did a great job fixing my motor problem on my Bayliner, the boat tech was very knowledgeable and nice.

Webb's RV and Marine's staff has provided me with a new appreciation for what customer service is supposed to be. The service team has provided professional, detailed, and through work on all of the RV work that I have requested. The attention to detail and the ability to do it with a positive mindset, while keeping the customer service a priority is amazing. Most important they want to do what is right for the customer and the equipment while build lasting relationships. I would highly recommend Webb's RV and Marine.

Our message of appreciation and recommendation to McKays RV Center. In early October while in Bay Harbor, we found ourselves without heat and refrigeration in our motorhome as we prepared to leave for home in Michigan. After calling around we were able to contact McKays RV. The manager explained that they were quite busy but we could stop by on our way out of town. When we stopped we were immediately met by the manager who called for a tech to trouble shoot our problems. After about an hour we were ready to get back on the road with everything working and for a reasonable price. We would highly recommend McKays.

When no one else could find, try to find or make an effort to call me back, McKay's RV & Marine Center in Brewer was the only one who took the time to find me parts for my outboard motor. That effort and customer service will have me doing business with them. Plus the Mercury outboard motors are cheaper. I was always a Lund boat kind of guy but the more I think about it, I am probably going to be a Crestliner guy now.

We just purchased a new camper from this dealership and had a good experience in dealing with Bill the salesman. It was a real no pressure experience with the prices clearly marked on each unit. We were simply told to take a look around and find him if we had any questions. It took us a while to settle on a unit that we both agreed upon and once we did the rest went smoothly. We were able to close the deal and pick up our new camper within a few days.
